WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU OFFER?

Our gym includes top-of-the-line fitness equipment, a large traditional sauna, group fitness classes, personal training, a 360 Evolt body scanner, ample parking, and more.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP?

You can sign up online or visit us in person during staffed hours. For online registration, simply fill out our membership form, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

ARE THERE GROUP FITNESS CLASSES?

Absolutely! We have a range of group classes. Check out our class timetable for more information. 

DO YOU OFFER WORKOUT PROGRAMS OR PERSONAL TRAINING?

Yes! We offer personalised workout programs and personal training sessions. Our certified trainers can help tailor a fitness plan that suits your goals. Contact us for pricing and details.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO JOIN THE GYM?

Our minimum age to join is 14 years. Members aged 14-16 may only train during staffed hours with supervision, while those aged 17-18 can train without parental supervision. However, all members under 18 must obtain parental permission to train at our gym.

CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

Certainly! You can put your membership on hold if you need to take a break with reasonable reasoning. We offer flexible hold options with written notice. Please refer to our hold policy in our terms and conditions or contact us to discuss the details.
